If the guest is late for more then 30-60 minutes, there is surcharge in the amount of €10 for that as well as for every following hour. *You are kindly asked to leave the apartment you rented tidy and to take out garbage from the apartment (you are not obliged to clean it, we will do it of course). Otherwise, there is surcharge for final cleaning of €30. *Agency has the right to take refundable security (damage) deposit from guest as a way of protection from damage or missing items in the property during their stay.
